Jordan Strauss is the Vice President and Managing Broker of Laureate Ltd. Jordan has overseen the day-to-day operations of Laureate since 2007, however, his experience in property management and real estate brokerage stretches almost a lifetime. Laureate was founded by Jordan’s father, Rick Strauss. Jordan began his journey with property management in 1995, 4 years before he graduated high school, working underneath Rick. After getting his degree in political science and accounting from The University of Colorado, Jordan decided to join the family business at Laureate full time. Since then, he has risen to become an industry leader not just at Laureate, but in Colorado property management as a whole.
Being raised in the industry on a platform of hard work and transparency, Jordan’s ultimate goal at Laureate is to facilitate the best interests of every homeowner he works with. Family isn’t just what got Jordan his start in property management, it’s everything to his business. Jordan prides himself on the many families they’ve worked with, including property owners who have passed down property to their children who continue to work with Jordan and Laureate.
