Are you licensed?
Yes. Laureate Ltd is a fully licensed real estate brokerage. We are also a member of the Denver Board of Realtors. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes. Our after hours on call emergency services can be reached by calling 303-331-2201. Messages can also be delivered to our office through your owner portal or by email. If it is not an emergency our staff will follow up with you on the following business day. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes. Your rental proceeds can be directed deposited into a designated checking account. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes. We are happy to provide a draft copy of the lease agreement for your review. Upon approval one of Laureate's licensed agents will execute the lease on your behalf to complete the leasing process. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes. Laureate is a fully licensed real estate brokerage. We are happy to discuss any possible sale and the various costs and benefits associated with thetransaction. -
How and when do I get my checks?
We will deliver monthly statements on or before the 25th of each month. This statement will include either a physical check mailed to you for rental proceeds or a direct deposit into an account. We are happy to accommodate either preference. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants have the option to pay in person or through their AppFolio portal. All tenants are required to make their rent payment no later than the 7th of each month. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Typical lease length is for one year. Any shorter or longer lease term will be discussed with the property owner for approval. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Typically security deposit will not be less than one months rent. In the event that a larger security deposit is required it will be discussed with the property owner to ensure that all parties agree to an appropriate deposit amount. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Laureate Ltd. manages an assortment of property types. Please contact us to discuss all of the details of your property and see if we will be a good fit for management. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Full financial reporting is delivered monthly. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
The owner of the property will hold the tenants security deposit.
